Kelly is now offering another beginning yoga class on Tuesday evenings as well as the Saturday morning class.  She has a medical background, is very knowledgeable and encouraging.  This adds depth to her engaging teaching style.  Following her voice and instructions, you will quickly be lead back to the peace in your own body!

Yoga:

As for my own practice of yoga...


Through Aura Yoga I received my first teacher's certification of 240 hours with honors.  I continually update my education with InnerVision Yoga in Chandler, Tias Little in Sante Fe, NM and others teachers at various studios. Recently added another 300 hours by studying advanced kriya, pranayama, and japa yoga in India with Saji at the International Vasishta Yoga Research Foundation.

One can also experience the benefits of yoga with private lessons, or take part in a small comfortable class. Yoga poses are also suggested for the massage clients at the end of each session to keep specific areas of their body loose and pain-free.
